Sorry for the delay in this post but sometimes life takes over and we all get a bit wrapped up in our everyday comings and goings (but in my defence there has been
a lot going on in my little life)...

I feel let down. I always try to go out of my way for friends but all too often when I need help I usually end up feeling like im on my own when I seek them out or made to feel like im a burdon. There. I feel better now.

I very rarely enter competitions (of a non musical nature) but decided to enter one in a free Brisbane newspaper last month. I sent one text message that cost 30c and forgot about it. The next week I got a letter telling me I had won 2 first class returns to Osaka, Japan.

I still cant believe it but have always wanted to go to Japan and if I'm lucky I might get some gigs whilst I'm there too - hint hint for any Japanese readers out there! : )

Don't worry, I'm not going naked (that's too much for even me to stomach) but what I'm referring to is that all my cloths are too big for me and I'm now a member of the 'saggy arse brigade'...seriously....I look like 'Coco the Clown'.

I've always wanted to be able to run. Never been able to or more to the point never really tried to much as I've always been a bit on the 'rotund' side  ...

Towards the end of last year I started to get sick. Sick with stuff someone my age (26) should not be getting. It had been coming on for a few years I suppose....

My father David has recently passed away. As I was unable to be at the funeral I have decided that in a tribute to him I would post what I wrote to be read at the service....

Well it has been a pretty big year for buglegirl.
 I refrained from saying 'good' or 'great' year as this is life and it cant all be a bed of roses. From the Australian Nationals to New Zealand and back to blighty (twice). Read about whats kept me on my toes this year...
